Step by Step: Add a Partner
Step 1: Log into Meta Business Manager
Visit https://business.facebook.com/settings
Make sure you’re in your company’s Business Manager (not your personal
profile)
You’ll see your business name in the top-left corner
Step 2: Navigate to “Partners”
In the left-hand menu, go to:
Business Settings → Users → Partners
If you don’t see “Partners,” expand the sidebar and scroll down
Step 3: Add a Partner
Click the blue ‘Add’ button
Choose ‘Give a partner access to your assets’
Enter Partner Business ID: [**************]
Step 4: Sharing Assets
After entering the ID, Meta will ask which assets you’d like to share.
Please enable the following permissions:
-Facebook Page
-Full Control (recommended)
If you prefer limited access, please turn on:
-Ads
-Messages
-Insights
-Ad Account
-Admin Access
-Pixel (Data Source)
-Manage
If you do not currently have a tracking pixel - we will install one for your
account.
-Instagram Account
-Connect and allow advertising access
-Catalog (if applicable)
-Manage
Click ‘Save Changes’ when finished.
Step 5: Confirm
You’ll see your new partner listed under ‘Partners’ once access has gone
through. We’ll confirm from our side and begin linking your assets into our
management system.
